Our Mission
Empowering Individuals with Disabilities, Lend a Hand Heal A Heart Inc. is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and fostering inclusivity for individuals living with mental and physical disabilities.

Meet the CEO
Erika Johnson, Executive Director
As CEO, Erika Johnson brings a unique blend of business expertise and a passion for people to the role. With a focus on psychology and a background in working with children with disabilities, Erika understands the importance of a positive and supportive company culture. Erika's experience leading teams in customer service, along with studying for and obtaining her certificate in life coaching, gives her a deep understanding of what people need to succeed. As a parent herself, she is committed to creating a family-friendly workplace where everyone can thrive. Erika is also an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, the International Honor Society of Psychology, and Phi Theta Kappa.
